- Have your insurance card ready before you call
- Look for the member ID, group number, and the customer service phone number on the back
- Call your insurance and ask: “Is AAA Pediatrics in network for my plan?”
- Confirm whether you need a referral for specialists
- Ask what your copay or deductible is for well visits and sick visits
